Wheat free starter / appetiser recipes
Wheat free and gluten free starters are generally difficult to buy off the shelf. But, as they are an essential component of dinner parties no self respecting host would allow a wheat allergic or coeliac guest to miss out.
We've provided a couple of wheat free ideas, and we will be expanding the list in the very near future, but in the meantime why not try our crispy king prawns, the batter is the lightest and crispiest you'll ever taste, and all without the addition of wheat flour.
Unfortunately for those suffering from coeliac disease not all of the recipes are gluten free as they might use oats, barley, or rye. However, some of these recipes can be adapted using gluten free flours, the taste may be slightly different in some of the resulting recipes.
