Avocado, basil & mozzarella salad recipe
“Creamy buffalo mozzarella makes this starter a real treat”

Sometimes simplest is best, and if you can get really fresh buffalo mozzarella then all it needs is a few complimentary ingredients to make it outstanding.
Serve it with some hot gluten free bread and it's a meal all by itself.
2  avocados, stoned and sliced
1  buffalo mozzarella (mozzarella di bufala), sliced
2  tomatoes, sliced
fresh basil, shredded
freshly ground black pepper
- Arrange the slices of avocado, tomato and mozzarella on plates, sprinkle with the shredded basil.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the plate, and add a few dashes of basalmic vinegar.
- Top with the freshly ground black pepper, and serve.
