Wheat free sweet treat recipes

Everyone needs a sweet treat occasionally, it's challenging to find guaranteed wheat free or gluten free confectionery, but with a little time and effort why not make your own?

Our chocolate cherry fudge is made with sour cherries and organic dark chocolate, it's really easy to make (though not too quick), and very very impressive to hand round as a homemade after dinner treat with coffee, or as a gift, or just for yourself.

And our chocolate rum truffles... essential festive fare. Leave these out for Santa instead of cookies and he'll have a very merry Christmas Eve.


Unfortunately for those suffering from celiac (coeliac) disease not all of our recipes are gluten free as we use oats, barley, and rye. However most of these recipes can be adapted with care using gluten free flours, the taste will of course be slightly different in some of the resulting products.
