Is Coors or Coors Light safe to drink on a wheat free or gluten free diet?
This is what the Molson Coors website states (04/19/2023):
Coors ingredients: water, barley malt, corn, yeast, hops
This is what the Coors Light website states (04/19/2023):
Coors Light ingredients: water, barley malt, hop extract, lager yeast, corn syrup
Important: this does not guarantee that it's wheat free due to cross-contamination when the barley is milled, and as it is brewed from barley malt it contains gluten which makes it unsuitable for celiac disease sufferers.
