Okay, so how many times do you say to a Girl Scout during their annual cookie season "I'm sorry but I'm a celiac", or "I have a wheat allergy"?

Not to be beaten, the resourceful Girl Scouts are now trialling a gluten free cookie in a few select areas of the US.

The gluten free chocolate chip shortbread cookie is currently not being tested nationwide, but if they are a success then hopefully a full roll-out will happen.
