Avocado, basil & mozzarella salad - wheat free recipe

Serves 4

2 avocados, stoned and sliced
mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
fresh basil, shredded
olive oil
basalmic vinegar
freshly ground black pepper

1. Arrange the slices of avocado, tomato and mozzarella on plates, sprinkle with the shredded basil.
2. Drizzle the olive oil over the plate, and add a few dashes of basalmic vinegar.
3. Top with the freshly ground black pepper, and serve.
