| 2 | avocados, stoned and sliced | |
| mozzarella cheese, sliced | ||
| 2 | tomatoes, sliced | |
| fresh basil, shredded | ||
| olive oil | ||
| basalmic vinegar | ||
| freshly ground black pepper |
| 1. | Arrange the slices of avocado, tomato and mozzarella on plates, sprinkle with the shredded basil. |
| 2. | Drizzle the olive oil over the plate, and add a few dashes of basalmic vinegar. |
| 3. | Top with the freshly ground black pepper, and serve. |
