Smoked salmon breakfast - wheat free recipe

milk |

margerine, low fat spread or butter |
| ½ |

dried mixed herbs |

freshly ground black pepper |

oatcakes (optional - leave out for gluten free) |

Scramble the eggs, milk, fat and herbs either in a saucepan or the microwave, season well. |

Place the smoked salmon strips on plates and nestle the scrambled eggs up to it, adding a dash of
freshly ground pepper on the top.

Add a 2-3 oatcakes to the side of the plate and serve immediately. |
