Is Supercook liquid glucose wheat free as well as gluten free?
Lots of cooks have asked us this question as the packaging does say gluten free, but glucose syrup can be manufactured from wheat with the gluten removed.
Supercook have confirmed that, in addition to being gluten free, their liquid glucose is also wheat free as it is manufactured from GM free Maize.
