Tesco recalls own brand Lamb Rogan Josh products due to the presence of undeclared wheat, soya & sulphites

Due to a production problem the above products contain pieces of pork sausage which is not an intended ingredient. Because of this the presence of wheat, soya and sulphites is not declared. Therefore this is a potential health risk for individuals who are allergic or sensitive to these ingredients.
The company has recalled the affected products and has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will inform their at-risk members of the recall. Notices are being displayed in all stores to alert consumers.

- Product name: Tesco Indian Meal for 2: Tikka & Lamb Rogan Josh, 1560g
- Product name: Tesco Lamb Rogan Josh, 350g
- Product name: Tesco Lamb Rogan Josh with Pilau Rice, 550g
- Date code: All date codes of the above products are affected
Customers intolerant or allergic to wheat/gluten or have coeliac disease are advised not to eat this product.
No other Tesco products are known to be affected.
