Outback Steakhouse
The menu specifically lists which items are gluten free, although there are some confusing mixed messages on it. For example listing Cinnamon Apple Oblivion as gluten free, then saying avoid the cinnamon apples.
It is however still the best menu we have seen for gluten allergy sufferers wanting to eat out.

"The Outback Steakhouse chain of restaurants offers a gluten-free menu that has GF items marked. The server spoke with the manager and told me it was standard practice to prepare "my" salad separate from anyone else's. The food was delicious, even a no flour brownie dessert."
