A good shop I have just discovered is Unicorn Grocery, Albany Rd, Chorlton, Manchester (they have website) who just sell organic goods/veg/fruit which happen to include different breads such as a fruit rye loaf [very nice - not as heavy as most rye] and spelt loaves [am trying that with caution], vegetarian pasties which are wheat-free, pasta of various shapes and colours that are wheatfree.

Also they have rice cakes that are more interesting than usual! The staff there are very helpful.
