Gorgeous AA 3 star hotel set in beautiful Hereford countryside on edge of Forest of Dean.

Very good food, with fresh local ingredients beautifully prepared, menu changes every night.

HOME MADE gluten free bread and rolls available with meals, chefs will ensure that the sauces etc, which are cooked from scratch are made suitable according to the dietary need, with no fuss whatsoever.

This was a brilliant surprise as I had expected to just 'get on with it' as usual!
