All of Dodds Delights gluten free products are created using homemade recipes. They believe eating gluten free should be as tasty and rewarding as eating non-gluten free, and it should also be as easy!
The proprietor Jennifer Dodds is a coeliac and therefore recognises the importance of maintaining a strictly gluten free kitchen.
All products are prepared and packaged in a completely gluten free kitchen, ensuring that no contamination occurs.
Dodds Delights gluten free range uses the following gluten free flours:
- Rice flour
- Maize corn flour
- Tapioca flour
Dodds Delight products contain NO soy flour, NO hydrogenated fats and NO artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, using alternatives such as lemon juice and pure vanilla essence instead.
